Well, we figured out the dishwasher this week. We ran vinegar through it, dishwasher cleaner, switched to powder and nothing. We took apart the traps and filter. Angel cleaned the upper spray arm out after a simple pull to pop the arm off the top.
The glasses still have had some issues. Running the dishwasher with a cup or 2 of white vinegar on rinse cycle with the glasses in the dishwasher does a nice job cleaning the cloudiness. Unfortunately, then you have to wash them again to make them smell normal.
After further investigation, I found that this really wasn't the solution either. Our dishwasher had a bad pump. We debated fixing it and finally decided to get a new Dishwasher. Best Buy had a sale on an LG which used less water, electricity and had Nylon racks. Our new dishwasher is in place and the dishes seem to be coming out clean!
